1. Introduction
1.1 This document serves as the sole and official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for RAPPAR.
1.2 We may update this policy at any time. Critical changes will be communicated in advance, allowing users to close their accounts if they disagree.

2. Free & Paid Services
2.1 Basic services on RAPPAR are free. No staff member will ever request payment for access to standard features. If you receive such a request, report it immediately.
2.2 If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing may contact you regarding payment issues. All official billing communications will include verification instructions—if they are missing, assume the message is fraudulent.
2.3 Paid services are subject to additional terms and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with prior notice.
3. Communication & Support
3.1 The primary means of communication with RAPPAR’s support team is the contact form in your user panel. This will be available upon public release.

4. Account Suspension & Termination
4.1 RAPPAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Use the service in a way that disrupts operations or other users' experiences
4.2 If your account is restricted, you will receive an email within 48 business hours explaining the reason, potential next steps, and whether an appeal is possible.
4.3 If a paid subscriber is terminated due to a ToS violation, no refunds will be issued.
5. User Data Collection & Privacy
5.1 We collect and store various types of user-provided and user-generated data, including:
- Account details (username, email, payment info for subscribers)
- User-generated content (reviews, playlists, blog posts)
- Usage data (interactions with the platform)
5.2 Your personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of Uber Rapsy.
5.3 All Uber Rapsy owners and authorized personnel may access user account data only to assist with support or investigate policy violations.
5.4 User-generated content (e.g., playlists, reviews) may be used to improve Uber Rapsy without prior notification. However, personally identifiable information will not be used without consent.
6. User Content & Ownership
6.1 Users retain ownership of the content they create. However, by posting on Uber Rapsy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for service enhancement and promotion.
6.2 If you delete your account, your personal details will be anonymized, but any non-personal content (e.g., playlists, reviews) may remain on the platform to ensure service continuity.
7. Right to Be Forgotten (Data Deletion Requests)
7.1 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of all personal data stored on Uber Rapsy.
7.2 Requests can be made through your account settings or by emailing rappar (at) lanterncode (dot) com if you cannot log in.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Uber Rapsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8.2 We are not liable for:
- Service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures

- Financial or legal consequences of content shared by users
9. Refund Policy for Paid Subscriptions
9.1 Refunds are granted at Uber Rapsy’s sole discretion.
10. Reporting Violations & Fraud
